Ramen Mac & Cheese

  • 4 packages of Ramen noodles, (no broth pack needed)
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon corn starch
  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 cups grated pepper jack cheese
  • Sirarcha sauce
  1. Boil the noodles according to package instructions and then drain.
  2. Pour 1 tablespoon or vegetable oil over the noodles and toss to coat.
  3. To make the cheese sauce, melt the butter in the bottom of a saucepan.
  4. Add milk and bring to a simmer.
  5. Toss the cheese and cornstarch together the then add into the simmering milk.
  6. Stir till the cheese melts and the sauce thickens.
  7. Add 1-2 tablespoons of Sriracha sauce into the cheese cause and stir.
  8. Pour the warm cheese sauce over the ramen noodles and toss to coat.
  9. Serve!
